• Role: Procurement Advisor, Project Manager, Full Lifecycle Consultant

• Scope:
  End-to-end consulting on procurement strategy, supplier negotiations, contract structuring, and on-site project and installation management.

• Outcomes:
  Delivered on time and under budget; secured 40% cost reduction through strategic supplier (onboarded strategic supplier with global framework agreement. Leveraged scale of DHL) and installer selection.
